摘 要:针对转轮型面形状复杂、检测难度高的问题,基于检测工艺要求设计了一套实用性强、性价比高的圆度检测系统,解决了转轮型面检测现存的问题.该检测系统在传统机械结构基础上,结合传感技术与计算机通信技术,能精确检测出转轮的表面磨损情况.经在三门峡水电站机组检修工程项目中的应用表明,该水轮机转轮圆度检测系统能达到测量精度要求,具有操作简单、运行稳定可靠、抗振性好等特点.Due to the complex shape of turbine runner,the detection of turbine runner profile is difficult.According to such problem,a stable and reliable roundness measurement system based on technological requirement of detection,suited for turbine runner,is designed.Based on the traditional mechanical structure,and combined with the sensor technology and computer communication technology,this system can accurately detect the wear surface.The system is applied to the repair project of Sanmenxia Hydroelectric Station.The results indicate that the system can achieve the measurement accuracy requirements,and has simple,reliable operation,and good vibration resistance.
