摘  要:采用一种计算IGBT损耗的方法,通过测量IGBT工作时的功率,计算出功率模块的通态损耗和开通、关断损耗.考虑了温度对损耗计算的影响,并以此为基准利用ANSYS热分析软件建立了模型.根据仿真所得IGBT工作时的热分布云图,设计了一种适合功率模块的散热器;建立了实验电路,并测量了IGBT及散热器的实际工作温度,与仿真结果进行对比,从而证明了设计的合理性.The losses in the conduction, turning on and turning off of power module were worked out by measuring the working power of IGBT on the basis of a method for calculating the losses of IGBT. The impact of temperature on the losses calculation taken into consideration, a model was established by using ANSYS (a kind of thermal analysis software), based on which a kind of radiator suitable for the power module was designed according to the thermal distribution contour map obtained from the simulated IGBT work. The experimental cir- cuit was set up, followed by measuring the actual working temperature of IGBT and the radiator. In comparison with the simulation results, the rationality of the design was proved.
