摘  要:ACCC碳纤维复合芯导线(Aluminum Comductor Composite Core)是以碳纤维为中心层和玻璃纤维包覆制成的单根芯棒,碳纤维采用聚酰胺耐火处理、碳化而成;高强度、高韧性配方的环氧树脂具有较强的耐冲击性、耐抗拉应力和弯曲应力。将碳纤维与玻璃纤维进行预拉伸后,在环氧树脂浸渍,然后在高温模子中固化成型为复合材料芯线,具有重量轻、强度高、热稳定性好、弛度小、载流量大和耐腐蚀的特点。The ACCC was with carbon fiber as the center layer, and cladding of glass fiber. The carbon fiber was using polyamide refractory processing and carbonation. The epoxy resin with high strength and high toughness had strong resistance to impact, tensile stress and bending stress. The carbon fiber and glass fiber could mold into composite material core wire by pre - stretching, impregnating in epoxy resin and curing in a high temperature. Its advantages were light weight, high strength, good thermal stability, low sag, large transfer capability and corrosion resistance.
