摘　　要：公共图书馆是政府履行公共服务职能的文化设施,是政府实现面向广大群众的文化关怀、文化享有、文化提高、文化创造的重要方式。省级公共图书馆是地区公共图书馆服务体系建设中的龙头馆。本文对文源讲坛在山西公共图书馆服务体系建设中的作用作了一点思考。The public libraries are the cultural facilities through which the government can fulfill its public service functions and the key way for the government to satisfy the people＇ s needs of enjoying, improving and creating cul- ture. The provincial public library is the leading role in the areas of public library services system. The article states that the Wenyuan Forum plays the important role in the public library service system of Shanxi.
