自体脂肪颗粒注射移植在面部美容中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨自体脂肪颗粒注射移植面部塑形美容的疗效。方法:以注射器吸取大腿脂肪颗粒,纯化后用脂肪抽吸针将脂肪颗粒注射到额颞部、颊区、颏部、耳垂、鼻梁、鼻唇沟和面部皱纹深处。经术前、术后正位、侧位45°照片比较,以及术后表情是否自然,局部有无硬块和囊肿,患者感觉舒适度等评价标准,并根据随访结果决定是否需再次手术。结果:48例患者无明显手术后并发症。随访3～36个月,除2例注射三次外,其余均为一次性注射。充填后面部皱纹模糊变浅,皮肤色素增生明显减轻,充填区较前丰满,质感同周围组织,患者表情自然,触摸皮肤细腻,使人视觉上看更年轻化。结论:采用自体脂肪颗粒注射移植面部丰满塑形达到年轻化的效果,符合面部软组织的特性,面部老化症状改善明显,效果持久。Objectives To investigate the effect of autologous fat granules injection in facial cosmetic remodeling. Methods Fat granules from thigh were taken by syringe. After purification, the fat granules were injected by liposuction needle into the fronto-temporal region, cheek area, chin, earlobe,nose,nasolabial fold and facial wrinkles furrow. Compare preoperative and postoperative anteroposterior and lateral 45° photos, and postoperative facial expressions are natural,the local availability of lumps and cysts, patients feel comfort and other evaluation criteria,and follow-up results to determine the need for re-operation. Results There is no significant post-operative complication in all of the 48 patients.The patients were followed up for 3 to 36 months.Except two cases of injection for three times,the rest are one-time injection. After the operation,wrinkles become blurred and shallow,the skin pigmentation proliferation reduces significantly,the face is plump than before,the texture is the same as surrounding tissues and the shape is natural. Conclusion The application of facial autologous fat granules injection achieves the plump shaping effect and complies with the characteristics of the facial soft tissue.
