摘　　要：目的:观察足趾复合组织瓣对指腹完整或部分完整的末节缺损的修复效果。方法:根据手指末节缺损的情况及拟吻合的受区血管设计、切取皮瓣,将皮瓣移植到供区并建立血液循环。结果:10例患者的皮瓣均Ⅰ期成活,随访6个月～1年,外形、功能及感觉恢复满意。结论:为保留指腹,足趾复合组织瓣移植是一种理想的修复方式,值得推广。Objective To observe the effects of free composite tissue flap of toe transfer for repairing digital defects which retained complete or partial pulp. Methods The flap was designed and cut in accordance with the defect condition of the distal segment of finger and the vessels for anastomosis in 10 cases.The flaps was transferred with microsurgery technique to cover the defects. Results The ten patients were followed up 6～12 months after operation. All the fingers showed satisfactory appearance and good sensation and functioned well. Conclusion Free composite tissue flap of toe transfer is an ideal method and worth being popularized for repairing distal segment defects of fingers for preserving the pulp.
