两种术式治疗腋臭的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:寻找更为简便、安全、有效的腋臭根治的手术方法。方法:2007年8月～2012年6月间收治145例腋臭患者,其中80例采用改良的小切口吸刮法治疗,65例采用皮下大汗腺修剪法治疗,随访3个月至1年。对两种手术治疗效果与并发症情况进行回顾性分析并比较。结果:小切口吸刮法治疗组的术后并发症发生率明显低于皮下大汗腺修剪法治疗组,两者在复发率上的差别没有统计学意义。小切口吸刮法术后瘢痕不明显,术后固定时间少于皮下大汗腺修剪法治疗组。结论:两种美容术式均为治疗腋臭的有效方法,但改良的小切口吸刮法创伤小,瘢痕隐蔽,术后并发症低,更值得临床推广应用。Objective To seek a simple and effective surgical technique for the radical treatment of bromidrosis. Methods From August 2007 to June 2012,145 patients with bromidrosis were treated by curettage method in 80cases,subcutaneous pruning in 65 cases. The patients were followed up for 3～12 months,the therapeutic effect and complications were retrospectively analyzed. Results The rate of complications of curettage was lower than subcutaneous pruning. Two procedures had similar relapse rate. Therapeutic group of curettage had no obvious scar and immobilization period was shorter than subcutaneous pruning. Conclusion Both the methods are effective for the treatment of bromidrosis, but curettage has the advantages of microtrauma and less complication, therefore, it should be extensively used in clinic.
