复方酚液化学剥脱治疗全面部雀斑的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方酚液化学剥脱治疗全面部雀斑的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析笔者近五年来应用复方酚液化学剥脱治疗全面部55例雀斑的患者临床效果。结果:随访3个月,痊愈50例(90.9%),显效5例(9.1%),总有效率100%;随访3年,无复发14例(25.5%),轻度复发32例(58.2%),中度复发5例(9.1%),重度复发4例(7.2%)。主要并发症为色素沉着,平均消退时间为(4.0+1.2)月。结论:复方酚液化学剥脱术是治疗全面部雀斑较为理想的一种方法,操作得当,就能够取得良好的治疗效果,值得临床推广。Objective To value the clinic application of Compound phenol chemical peeling pan-facial freckles. Methods the clinic data of 55 cases that using Compound phenol chemical peeling pan-facial freckles in recent five years, were analyzed retrospectively. Results Follow up 3 months ：50 cases were cured （90.9%）;5 cases had marked effect（9.1%）,the total efficiency of 100%; Followed up 3 years：14 cases without recurrence （25.5%）,32 cases had mild recurrence （58.2%）,5 cases had moderate recurrence （9.1%）,4 cases had severe recurrence （7.2%）.The main complication was pigmentation, the mean regression time was （4＋1.2）months. Conclusion The therapy of Compound phenol chemical peeling pan-facial freckles is a safe and effective method in freckle treatment with low recurrence.The technique is an ideal operative method and should be introduced to more doctors.
