润燥止痒胶囊联合窄谱蓝光治疗寻常性痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察润燥止痒胶囊联合窄谱蓝光治疗轻中度寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法:将符合入选标准的100例门诊患者随机分为两组:对照组,单纯照射窄谱蓝光,每周治疗2次;治疗组,在此基础上加用润燥止痒胶囊,4粒/次,3次/天,疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组有效率为96.00%,对照组为80.00%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.06,P<0.05)。结论:润燥止痒胶囊联合窄谱蓝光治疗轻中度寻常性痤疮疗效良好。Objective To observe Runzao Zhiyang capsule combining Narrow-band blue light＇s effect on mild-to-moderate acne vulgaris. Methods 100 study patients qualified with the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned into two groups, the treatment group and the control group. The patients in the control group were only given Narrow-band blue light twice daily, and the patients in the treatment group were given Runzao Zhiyang capsule four pills thrice daily together with comprehensive therapy.The course of treatment was four weeks. Results The effect rate of treatment group was 96% ,and that of control group was 80% .There was significant difference between two groups （χ^2=6.06,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Runzao Zhiyang capsule combining Narrow-band blue light on mild to moderate acne vulgaris is good.
