摘  要:应用盆栽试验方法,采用取代试验设计,研究了不同油茶大豆间作比例的盆栽土壤养分、微生物数量及酶活性的差异。结果表明,合理间作比例能明显提高土壤养分的含量,相对于单作油茶差异达到显著水平。间作的土壤脲酶、酸性磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性明显高于单作油茶模式。间作的土壤中细菌、真菌和放线菌数量显著多于单作油茶模式。相关分析表明,土壤酶活性和微生物数量与土壤养分显著正相关。试验得出结论,盆栽油茶大豆2∶2比例为最佳间作比例。A pot series trail was conducted to study the variations of soil nutrient,enzyme activities and microorganism category under the intercropping of Camellia oleifera and soybean.The results show that the reasonable intercropping ratio can significantly increase the nutrient content in the intercropping soil,the difference of nutrient content between the intercropping and only planting C.oleifera reached significance level.The intercropping mode’s activities of urease,acid phosphatase and catalase were obvious higher than the monoculture Camellia mode.The quantities of soil bacteria,fungi and actinomycete were significantly raised compared with the monoculture mode.The correlation analysis shows that there was a significant positive-correlation between enzyme activities,microorganism quantity and soil nutrients.The trials conclusion show that the C.oleifera ∶ Soybean(2 ∶ 2) was the best intercropping ratio.
