摘　　要：慢性肾功能衰竭病人的骨质改变目前已成为影响其生存质量的突出问题。如何更好地评估其骨质变化情况,进而早期进行有效干预及治疗已成为重要的研究内容。MR波谱成像(MRS)作为MR功能成像的一种已成功应用于中枢神经系统、乳腺及前列腺等的检测,而在评价骨质变化中的价值亦在研究中。现就MRS评估慢性肾功能衰竭病人椎体骨质变化情况予以综述。Bone changes caused by kidney diseases affect the quality of life in the patients with chronic renal failure. How to improve evaluation of the bone change, and consequently start early intervention and treatment is an important topic. Magnetic resonance spectroscopy （MRS） has been successfully used in the evaluations of central nervous system, breast and prostate, etc. Evaluation of bone changes with MRS is under studied. This article reviewed the MRS in evaluation of vertebral body bone changes in patients with chronic renal failure.
