农户对粮食直接补贴政策的评价研究——基于豫东平原地区的农户调查资料

摘　　要：利用农户调查资料,通过建立有序Logistic模型,研究农户对粮食直接补贴政策的满意度及其影响因素,结果发现,被调查者的年龄、农户的纯收入水平、农户的兼业程度和粮食补贴占纯收入的比例等因素有显著影响。在此基础上为改进补贴政策的实施效果提出了相应的建议:制定农业政策必须考虑农民的利益,只有符合农民的利益才能得到有效的贯彻执行;补贴水平较低,增收效果不明显,应该提高补贴标准;农户兼业程度的深化不利于粮食补贴政策的执行,针对农民兼业普遍的情况,应该通过提高城市化率,减少农业户口,使农民能够进行规模化生产经营。The paper study on farmers＇ satisfaction to the direct grain subsidy policy and its influencing factors base on farmers＇ survey data, using the ordered Logistic model. It was found the age of farmer, the level of farm- er＇s net income, farmers＇ type, the scale of subsidies , and so on, have significant effect. Except the factor of farmers＇ type, the coefficients are positive. The effect of respondents＇ age is of the most important factors, fol- lowed by the relative scale of the direct grain subsidy. Finally, the paper gives out some conclusions and corre- sponding suggestions.
