摘　　要：大学生村官与农村经济发展之间存在一种正相关关系。高校毕业生到村任职促进了农村经济的发展,农村也为他们提供了更广阔的舞台。在全面总结和分析二者关系的同时,指出在具体实践过程中仍存在一些不容忽视的问题。在此基础之上提出了有针对性的对策建议。There is a positive correlation between the College- Graduate Village Officials arid rural economic development. College - Graduate Village Officials has been promoting the rural economy, while rural areas providing them a broader stage. The thesis will comprehensively summarize and analyze the relationship, at the same time, tries to find out the obstacles which can not be ignored during the implementation. Based on this, the countermeas- ures will be come up with.
