摘　　要：韶钢8号高炉利用炉墙温度对操作炉型进行监测,根据温度变化情况不断调整风口面积、优化装料制度、稳定操作参数等,将热负荷稳定在合理范围内,并对监测数据的统计分析,寻找合理的炉衬温度范围。实践表明,可以保持高炉长期稳定顺行,达到稳产低耗的目的。The operation furnace profile of No. 8 blast in Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. is monitored by measuring the furnace wall temperature. The operator constantly regulates the tuyere area, optimizes the burden charging system and stabili- zes the operation data according to the temperature variation to keep the heat load within a rational range. Furthermore calcu- lation and analysis of the monitored data help the operator finding out a rational linings temperature range. The production practice proves that these procedures can make the blast furnace stably running for a long time at low energy consumption.
