摘  要:介绍了采用生物法处理某石化公司综合碱渣废水,在小试的基础上进行工艺设计,确定采用调节—隔油—深层射流曝气—脱气—沉淀的处理工艺,运行效果表明,处理出水COD、挥发酚以及硫化物平均去除率分别达94%、99%、99%以上,均满足厂区废水处理厂进厂水要求,对产生的废气经三段组合式废气吸收塔处理后,各项指标均在设计范围内,同时达到《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB 14554—93)和《大气污染物综合排放标准》(GB 16297—1996)排放要求,可为同类废水处理方案的选择提供参考。This paper introduced the application of biological treatment to treat comprehensive alkaline residue in a chemical petroleum company. Based on bench-scale experiment, the process design was made and the process of "adjustment-oil removal-deep jet aeration-desearation-sedimen- tation" was determined. The practical operation effect showed that average removal rates of COD, volatile phenol, and sulfide in effluent were beyond 94~//0, 99~, and 990//00, respectively. The efflu- ent could meet the requirements for the influent of the wastewater treatment plant located in the production area. After the treatment of three-stage emission adsorption in tower, the indexes of e- mission were in the designed ranges and could meet the requirements of Emission standards for odor pollutants (GB 14554 93) and Integrated 1996). This paper could offer references for the emission standard of air pollutants (GB 16297 plan of similar wastewater treatment.
