摘 要:导致高速轧机自激振动的关键因素之一是辊缝状态的变化,而辊缝间摩擦润滑特性是辊缝状态的重要衡量指标之一,其表现形式为轧辊与轧件间摩擦因数的波动。针对某大型企业2 800四辊可逆式冷轧机在实际生产中存在的问题,在乳化液含量、轧机压下率和轧制速度方面对摩擦状态的影响规律及油膜厚度变化规律进行现场测试研究。结果表明:轧制速度以及乳化液含量的提高均有利于辊缝中油膜的形成,油膜厚度随压下率的提高呈类似线性下降趋势;轧辊与轧件间摩擦因数随压下率的提高而加大,随轧制速度以及乳化液含量的提高而减小;随着轧机压下率的增加,轧制力随之提高,使得轧辊与轧件间的油膜厚度减小,从而轧辊与轧件间混合润滑状态的流动润滑成分相对减小,摩擦状态随之恶化,具体表现为轧辊与轧件间摩擦因数的增大。The high-speed mill vibration and strip or a negative damping and brings lies in the changes of roll gap state which causes the slippage between the rolls a self-excited vibration of system. Lubrication condition is the most active factor between the roll gap, its manifestation is the fluctuations of friction coefficient between the roll and strip. The law of influ- ence from friction state and the oil film thickness were tested in the regard of the emulsion content, roiling mill reduction and rolling speed during the actual production of 2 800 four-high reversible cold rolling mill. The result shows that the im- provement of the roiling speed and the emulsion content is conducive to the formation of the oil film between the roll gap, the oil film thickness trends to similar linear decline with the improvement of the reduction ; the friction coefficient between the rolls and strip is increased with the improvement of the reduction and decreased with the improvement of the roiling speed and the emulsion content; the roll force is increased with the improvement of the reduction that causes oil thickness reduction, then friction state deteriorates with the reduction of flowing lubrication ingredients of the mixed lubrication state between the rolls and strip, the specific performance is the increase of friction coefficient between roll gap.
