摘 要:在缸套内表面构造珩磨网纹、无网纹、微坑—槽纹3种不同的表面织构,在相同温度、频率和不同载荷下,在SRV IV摩擦磨损试验机上考察不同表面织构对缸套摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,在相同载荷条件下,缸套表面织构对降低磨损起到了积极作用;在低载荷下,微坑—槽纹表面具有更低的摩擦因数,较好的抗磨损能力,珩磨网纹表面次之;在高载荷下,微坑—槽纹及网纹织构能起到一定减摩作用,摩擦磨损特性与无织构表面趋近。Three kinds of surface textures, honing twill surface, smooth surface and micro-pit and twill surface were con- structed on the inner surface of diesel cylinder liners, and the effects of different surface textures on the friction and wear performances of cylinder liners were investigated on an Optimol SRV IV oscillating friction and wear tester on the condition of the same temperature and speed but different loads. The results show that the friction and wear performances of the pairs are improved by the surface textures on the surface of diesel cylinder liners under the same loads. Under low loads and the state of fluid lubrication, micro-pit and twill surface has lower friction coefficient, smaller vibration of friction coefficient and better wear resistance.
