摘 要:设计一种分离柴油机尾气颗粒的净化器,利用气固两相流的理论分析柴油机尾气颗粒净化原理;通过颗粒受力分析,建立颗粒的动量方程;通过对比试验,选择合适的叶轮、电机等制作尾气颗粒净化器,搭建柴油机尾气检测系统。试验数据表明,设计出的柴油机尾气颗粒净化器在短时间试验过程中可以起到净化尾气中颗粒的作用,在1 200r/min的转速下,烟度值变化最大达到1.65 FSN,且净化效果良好;在低速运转时,效果更佳。A diesel particulate filter was designed in order to reduce the pollution of diesel particulate emission on air. The purification principle of the exhaust particles was analyzed based on the gas-solid flow theory. By means of particle force analysis, the particle momentum equation was established. The suitable impeller and electrical machine was selected to manufacture the diesel particulate filter, and a diesel exhaust gas detection system was set up to test the diesel particu- late filter. The test results show that the diesel engine exhaust particulate purifier has a positive effect in reducing the diesel particulate emission especially in the short time test. The exhaust particulate purifier has a good purification effect, and the smoke intensity emission is reduced to 1.65 FSN( Filter Smoke Number) at most at the speed of 1 200 r/min. It can ac- quire a better purification effect at low speed.
