摘　　要：战略性新兴产业已经成为各国应对金融危机、实现经济振兴、抢占国际竞争制高点的重要突破口,其发展已经成为时代必然,这就必然对相应矿产资源的支撑保障提出了迫切需求。本文分析了当今国内外战略性新兴产业发展的态势,介绍了发达国家的一些先进做法,研究提出了战略性新兴产业所需的矿产资源种类及其勘查开发现状,并在此基础上提出了相关建议,旨在能够引起读者对战略性新兴产业发展的高度重视及相关矿产资源勘查开发的关注。Strategic emerging industries have been a key for every country to deal with the financial crisis, realize economic rejuvenation, and occupy the commanding point in the international competition. At the same time, the development of strategic emerging industries will be inevitable to increase the demand for scarce mineral resources. Based on analysing the situation of the strategic emerging industries and introducing some advanced practice from developed countries, in this paper we propose the types of the mineral resources which are necessary for strategic emerging industries, introduce the state of the art for mineral resources exploitation,analyze the problems therein and give some suggestions for the corresponding problems. We hope our work can draw attention to the exploitation and development of the mineral resources which are essential for the development of strategic emerging industries.
