项目组合管理视角下的矿业设计院战略实施过程分析

摘　　要：本文从矿业设计院作为项目导向型企业的特点,把项目组合管理的思想、方法应用到矿业设计院战略实施过程的研究中。提出了基于项目组合理论的矿业设计院的战略实施过程的三个阶段,并运用项目组合理论的相关方法勾勒出矿业设计院进行战略实施时的主要流程和可选取的方法。最终实现矿业设计院战略与项目的对接,发挥战略对矿业设计院的创造优势竞争价值的作用。This article from the mining design institute as the project oriented enterprise characteristic, the project portfolio management thoughts, methods applied to mining design institute strategy implementation process study, based on project portfolio theory in mining design institute strategy implementation process in three stages,and the use of portfolio theory related method draws the outline of Mining Design Institute for strategy implementation the main process and selection method, final implementation mining industry Design Institute of strategic and project docking, play strategy for mining design institute to create competitive advantage of value.
