摘　　要：21世纪初,中国矿业企业开始在纳米比亚从事矿产资源勘探与开发投资。目前,这些企业大多数已经取得探矿权,正在进行勘探工作。中国矿业企业在纳米比亚投资面临难得的历史机遇,主要包括4点:矿产资源丰富、中国政府支持矿业企业"走出去"、整体矿业投资环境较好和政治风险小。但是,中国矿业企业也面临进入该国矿业市场太晚、行业竞争激烈、企业技术人员整体业务水平较低、经济环境波动风险、中国对矿业企业海外投资法律保障体制不完善和公共关系危机等6个方面的挑战。总体来看,中国矿业企业在纳米比亚投资机遇和挑战并存。Chinese mining companies began to invest in Namibia for mining exploration and development at the beginning of 21 century. At present,most of the companies get the right of prospecting, and they are exporting. There are opportunities for Chinese companies investing in Namibia. It include that there are much of mineral resources in Namibia; Chinese government encourage mining companies invest abroad; the mining environment of Namibia is good and the political risk is low. Nevertheless, there are some risks for Chinese companies. It is late for Chinese companies investing in Namibia; the competition of mining is intense; the professional skills of workers are low; the fluctuation of economy： there is faultiness for protecting the Chinese company investing abroad in laws; and there is public relationship risks. Overall, opportunities and risks are the both sides of a coin for Chinese companies investing in Namibia.
