摘 要:采用"铁钛平行分选"工艺,对高压辊磨超细碎的-3.2mm攀西钒钛磁铁矿进行了选铁试验。结果表明,高压辊磨超细碎产品一段湿式粗粒磁选精矿磨矿至-0.074mm含量占45%,经两段磁选精矿Fe品位可达55.05%,回收率70.64%。这一选别指标与经过颚式破碎的相同矿样"阶段磨矿、阶段磁选"得到的选别指标相近,但能耗明显降低。Experiments of dressing iron using process of parallelly separating Fe and Ti were conducted on -3.2mm V-Ti magnetite from Panxi ultra-finely comminuted by HPGR. When the grinding fineness of concentrate of ultra-finely comminuted products by HPGR sorted by wet magnetic separator for coarse particle is -0. 074mm 45%,the Fe grade of concentrate is 55. 05% and the recovery is 70.64% after two stages of magnetic separation. The performances are similar to that obtained by stage-grinding and stage- magnetic separation of the same products crushed by Jaw. But the energy consumed of the former was reduced obviously.
