摘　　要：黄河流域生态环境脆弱 ,黄河水患灾害连年不断。所以 ,治理好黄河水患 ,利用好黄河水资源 ,建设好生态环境 ,任务十分艰巨。文章对黄河洪水、断流、水污染三大水患灾害的形成机制进行全面分析 ,为黄河治理开发提供科学依据。The ecological environment of the drainage area of Yellow River is extremely fragile, and there are water related hazards continuously, say: flood; running out of water and water pollution. Therefore, it has been a hard work to improve the ecological environment, make full use of the water resource and bring the river under control. In this paper, the author studied the causes and mechanism of three hazards of Yellow River, expounded the relation between the flood frequency and the environment evaluation of the drainage area; the development, environment change, water management and the situation of running out of water; the industrial development and water pollution. The author also studied the harm caused by these hazards, and advanced some suggestions for the control of Yellow River.
