河南省工程技术研究中心组建和发展初探

摘　　要：组建以科技成果工程化和产业化为目标、以加速科技成果向现实生产力转化为宗旨的省工程技术研究中心 ,不仅是促进科技与经济紧密结合的重要举措 ,也是建立技术创新体系、发展高科技、实现产业化、落实科教兴国方针的战略抉择。文章在对河南省工程技术研究中心的组建、运营、发展、评价等方面进行深入调研和系统分析的基础上 ,提出了工程技术研究中心加速建设和发展的若干思考 ,对工程技术研究中心的健康持续发展有重要的指导作用。Aiming at the industrialization and the speedy transfer of scientific achievements, the construction of provincial engineering technical centers is not only an important move to promote the combination of science and economy, but also a strategic choice to establish a technical innovation system, to develop high technology, to realize industrialization and implement the policy of revitalizing China through Science and education. Based on detailed investigation, systematic analysis and comprehensive study on the construction, operation, development and evaluation of the centers, in this paper, some considerations and suggestions on speeding up the construction and development of the engineering technical research center are put forward.
