山东省省直管县体制改革探析

摘　　要：近年来,省直管县体制改革在全国逐步推行。山东省作为经济大省和农业大省,应有自己的改革思路和实施策略。本文在对省直管县体制改革的重要意义和可行性进行分析的基础上,结合山东省实际,提出在试点县(市)进行市县分治、全面放权的山东省省直管县体制改革路径,并给出具有较强操作性的政策建议。In the recent period of time, the Province-Administrating-County System has been launched throughout the whole country. As a big economic and agricultural province, Shandong should have its own reforming thought and perform ing tactics. This thesis presents the reform mode of Shandong Province that provina government should release the power from all aspects and administrate county Yevel directly.
