摘　　要：《治安管理处罚法》在执法中需要进行法律解释。文义解释、体系解释、历史解释、目的解释等解释方法在使用时既有不同的使用条件,也有一定的位阶关系;在执法中使用解释方法还要受到一些原则的限定。It is necessary for there to be a need for legal interpretation in enforcement of Security Administration Punishment Act. Both different conditions of use and a certain relationship of position exist in the use of legal inter- pretation methods such as literal interpretation, systematic interpretation, historical interpretation and teleological interpretation. And the use of legal interpretation methods of Security Administration Punishment Act is restricted by some principles.
