摘  要:为研究不同饲粮精氨酸水平对5~10周龄蛋鸭生长性能和免疫功能的影响,探讨饲粮精氨酸最适宜添加量,试验选用健康、体重均匀的5周龄金定蛋鸭180只,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复6只试鸭。对照组(Ⅰ组)饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮(含精氨酸0.93%),试验Ⅱ~Ⅴ组在基础饲粮基础上添加不同水平精氨酸,饲粮精氨酸的含量分别为1.05%、1.17%、1.29%、1.41%,试验期6周。结果显示:饲粮中添加一定水平精氨酸能够显著提高生长期蛋鸭的平均日增重、平均日采食量,降低料重比(P<0.05),显著提高血清IgM、总蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(ALB)含量(P<0.05),但对血液中免疫球蛋白IgA和IgG含量影响不显著(P>0.05),由此可见,在玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮中添加适量的精氨酸可以提高生长期蛋鸭的生长性能及免疫功能,并且通过二次回归模型分析可知,蛋鸭在笼养条件下生长阶段精氨酸的最适宜添加水平为1.19%~1.21%。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of arginine on growth performance and immune function of caged growing laying ducks aged from 5 - 10 weeks,and aimed to discuss a suitable supplemental level of arginine for the ducks. A total of 180 5-week-old healthy Jingding laying ducks with the similar body weight were randomly allotted to 5 groups with 6 replicates per group and 6 ducks in each rephcate. Ducks in control group (group l ) were fed basal diet (corn-soybean meal-based diet) ,and the others experimental groups (groups II - V ) were fed the basal diet contend 1.05%, 1.17%, 1.29% and 1.41% ,respectively.The experiment lasted for 6 weeks.The results showed as follows :adding levels of arginine could significantly improved the average daily gain and the average daily feed intake,while decreased the feed to gain(P 〈 0.05),significantly increased the serum IgM,TP,and ALB level(P 〈 0.05),but there were no signifi- cantly difference in IgA and IgG levels among all the groups(P 〉 0.05) ,The results indicated that diet with a suitable supplemental level of arginine could enhance the growth performance and immune function of caged growing laying ducks, and the optimal arginine supplemental levels estimated by quadratic regression model analysis was 1.19% - 1.21%.
