摘　　要：弹道目标宽带回波是进行目标特征分析与识别研究的基础。针对实测弹道目标宽带回波数据获取代价昂贵的问题,建立了锥体目标轨道运动和进动模型,结合电磁场相对变换理论推导了高速运动目标雷达回波公式,分析了目标高速运动对宽带解线频调回波的影响。在此基础上给出了一种由静态电磁散射数据乘以相位影响因子仿真生成弹道目标动态宽带回波的方案,仿真实验验证了该方案的可行性。Wideband echo is the basis to analyze and discriminate the features of ballistic targets. Because of the huge cost in obtaining actual wideband echo data of ballistic targets, the models of orbital motion and precession for cone-shaped objects were built formula was derived from the view of relativistic respectively. The high-speed target＇s radar echo transformation of electromagnetic field, and the influence to de-chirp echo induced by high-speed movement was analyzed. Then a scheme was given to synthesize dynamic wideband echo by multiplying the phase influence factor based on the static electromagnetic scattering data. The experiment results verify its validity at last.
