摘  要:虚拟手术训练是虚拟现实技术在医学手术仿真训练中重要的应用。在虚拟导管介入手术中,导管的实时变形以及所产生的力反馈对手术仿真的真实感至关重要。针对导管柔性细长等特点,研究了近年来柔性导管的几种典型物理建模方法,如混合质点弹簧模型、有限元模型及弹性杆模型等,分析讨论了各种方法构建模型的基本思想、关键过程与优缺点,并探讨了虚拟介入手术仿真在未来的发展趋势与应用展望。Virtual surgery training is an important application of virtual reality in modem medicine fields. The real-time deformation and force-feedback of the catheter play an important role in the catheter intervention simulator. The research achievements and progress of several physically-based models were introduced, including hybrid mass-spring model, FEM model, elastic rod model and so on, and the basic principles, the key process, advantages and disadvantages respectively were analyzed. Finally, a comparison of these models was carried out and an evaluation of the state of the art and the future of virtual intervention were performed.
