摘　　要：在中医药传统知识保护体系中,确立利益分享的理念是保证权利个体利益与公共利益制衡与张力的关键。中医药国际化中的利益分享是一个总量扩张的动态过程,它尊重和保护各利益相关者的多元价值追求,以明晰各主体的权责为实施前提。在这个过程中,国家有必要介入其中进行方向引导和政策支持,以实现中医药传统知识保护的有效性。In the traditional protection system of Chinese medicine, the concept of benefit - sharing is the key to ensure the balance between individuals and public interests. Benefit - sharing in the internationalization of Chinese medicine is a dynamic process of expansion on total amount, which respects and protects the value of diversity of individuals and is also the premise to clarify the rights and responsibilities of each one. In this process, our government must intervene to guide the direction and give support to achieve the effectiveness of protection.
