摘　　要：通过研究分析知识产权战略实施促进知识产权形象演进的途径,以及知识产权形象演进对知识产权战略实施的影响作用,探讨二者之间的协同关系,运用复杂性理论中的协同演进概念,构建起两者协同演进的理论模型。研究指出,开放性与非均衡性是两者协同演进的环境基础,舆论引导和政府主导是两大主要的协同要素,两者的协同行为具有复杂性。Firstly, this article analyzes the ways of evolution of intellectual property image improved by the implementation of intellectual property strategy, and effects of evolution of the image of intellectual property on the implementation of of intellectual property, and explores the collaborative relationship of the two sides. Secondly, we draw on the collaborative evo- lution of the concept of complexity theory to build a theoretical model of the their co - evolution. The research indicates that both openness and non - equilibrium are the environment foundation of co - evolution; the public opinion and the government idea are the main collaborative elements ; their co - evolution behaviors is full of complexity.
