摘 要:利用贵州省黔东南州某石煤提钒厂废渣为主要原料制备CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃,对样品进行DSC、XRD、SEM以及其它性能测试,探讨了钒渣掺入量对微晶玻璃晶化过程和微观结构的影响。实验结果表明:基础玻璃的DSC曲线确定核化与晶化温度分别为850℃和1050℃;对样品进行XRD分析,发现其主晶相为β-硅灰石,随着钒渣掺入量的增加,样品主晶相不发生变化。钒渣微晶玻璃的废渣最大掺入量可达68.92%,制备出的样品表面排列紧密,气孔率低,抗折强度、吸水率及莫氏硬度明显优于天然石材。Explored the impacts of the vanadium slag incorporation to the crystallization process and microstrueture of the glass-ceramics, using the slag that from a stone coal vanadium plant in Qiandongnan of Guizhou Province as the main raw material to manufacture CaO-Al/O3-SiO2 series of Glass Ceramics, and then conduct DSC, XRD, SEM and other the Nucleation and crystallization temperatures performance tests on the samples. The results show that: determined by the DSC curve of the base glass were 850 ℃ and 1050 ℃, respectively; and found the main crystalline phase of the samples was β-wollastonite analyzed by XRD, with the increase of the vanadium slag incorporation, the main crystalline phase of the sample did not change. The Surface of the prepared samples tightly packed and low porosity, the flexural strength, water absorption and Mohs hardness of that were significantly better than the natural stones, when the largest vanadium slag incorporation of the vanadium slag glass up to 68.92%.
