摘　　要：目的:探讨在分娩中使用Spinocath导管鞘内注药的分娩镇痛法对产妇镇痛效果、分娩方式及产妇产后不良反应的影响。方法:选择在南宁市妇幼保健院住院、年龄22～30岁,无椎管内阻滞禁忌证,无明显产科病理因素,足月头位单胎拟行阴道分娩的初产妇54例,对采用Spinocath导管鞘内注药分娩镇痛的54例产妇的术后情况进行随访。结果:失访5例,50例产妇中对镇痛效果满意46例,基本满意3例,不满意1例。总满意率达98.00%(49/50)。术后不良反应包括:轻度头痛6例,占11.11%(6/54),给予天麻素治疗1～3天后好转;腰胀痛4例,占7.41%(4/54);穿刺针眼疼痛1例,占1.85%(1/54)。无尿潴留、皮肤瘙痒、恶心、呕吐等反应。出院后3例产妇诉偶有腰胀,但不影响日常活动及工作。结论:产程中使用Spinocath导管鞘内注药分娩镇痛效果明显,术后产妇不良反应少,无不良远期并发症,值得推广应用。Objective：To explore the effect of Spinocath intrathecal catheter infusion for labor analgesia on analgesia,delivery modes,and postpartum adverse reactions of parturient women.Methods：Fifty-four primiparous women who were aged 22-30 years,without contraindications of intrathecal block and apparent obstetrical pathological factors,full-term,head position,single birth,and scheduled to undergo vaginal delivery were selected from the hospital,then the postoperative situations of 54 parturient women receiving Spinocath intrathecal catheter infusion for labor analgesia were followed up.Results：Five cases were lost to follow-up,among 50 parturient women,46 women were satisfied with the analgesic effect,3 women were basically satisfied with the analgesic effect,and one woman were unsatisfied with the analgesic effect.The total satisfaction rate was 98.00%（49/50）.Postoperative adverse reactions： six women were found with mild headache,accounting for 11.11%（6/54）,then the symptom was improved after treated with gastrodin for 1-3 days;four women were found with waist pain,accounting for 7.41%（4/54）;one woman was found with needle eye pain,accounting for 1.85%（1/54）.No urinary retention,skin itch,nausea,and vomiting occurred.After leaving the hospital,occasional waist swell was found in three parturient women,but it didn＇t affect daily activities and work.Conclusion：The effect of Spinocath intrathecal catheter infusion for labor analgesia on analgesia is significant,the adverse reactions of postoperative parturient women are few,no adverse long-term complications occur,which is worthy to be popularized and applied.
