中西医结合治疗Ramsay-Hunt综合征16例分析

摘　　要：目的对收治的16例Ramsay-Hunt综合征采用中西医结合治疗的患者进行回顾性临床分析。方法对我院2003-09-2012-02收治的确诊为16例Ramsay-Hunt综合征患者给予阿昔洛韦足量足疗程抗病毒、糖皮质激素(甲基强的松龙、地塞米松、强的松)、鼠神经生长因子、B族维生素、益气化瘀改善循环中药以及针灸等中西医结合方法治疗,观察其治疗前后临床表现及肌电图损害情况。结果 16例Ramsay-Hunt综合征全部有效,治愈9例,好转7例。结论对Ramsay-Hunt综合征早期诊断并及时采用中西医结合治疗,可获得显著疗效,少数因误诊误治病程长者症状亦能获得较好改善。Objective To make a retrospective clinical analysis of 16 cases of Ramsay-Hunt syndrome with a combination of TCM and western medicine treatment method. Methods The clinical manifestations and EMG damage were observed before and after combined Chinese and western medicine treatment in 16 cases of Ramsay-Hunt syndrome patients in our hospital from September 2003 to February 2012,who were diagnosed and treated with enough acyclovir, glucocorticoid （e. g. methylprednisolone, dexamethasone, prednisone）, nerve growth factor, vitamin B, the traditional Chinese medicine to Yiqi Huayu and acupuncture. Results All of 16 cases of Ramsay Hunt syndrome by the treatment were effective, 9 cases cured, 7 cases im proved. Conclusion Ramsay-Hunt syndrome can obtain remarkable curative effect in the early diagnosis and prompt treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, a few misdiagnosis with error treatment can also achieve good improvements.
