摘　　要：组装抑制蛋白(Profilin)是最重要的肌动蛋白结合蛋白之一,它调控着单体肌动蛋白的聚合,并与其他细胞骨架蛋白相互作用。就Profilin家族的结构特点、分布、功能及其动力学机制的研究进展作一简要综述,并指出目前在Profilin家族动力学研究方面仍存在的不足以及需要更为深入的研究之处。Profilin is one of the most important actin-binding proteins. It regulates actin polymerization and interacts with many cytoskeletal proteins. Herein, the structure characterizations, distributions and functions of the profilin family were reviewed, and the mechanisms in the regulation of actin dynamics were discussed. Finally, the deficiency in the research on the dynamics of profilin was pointed out.
