摘 要:通过对铁路抢修军用桥墩拼装技术的分析研究,认为常用的拼装方法还存在着不足,特别是在既有梁下拼装,因受净空的影响,拼装速度慢、劳动强度大。为此,研究采用了横向平移顶推抢修军用桥墩的方法,通过增加少量构件设备,达到了降低劳动强度、加快拼装速度、缩短恢复通车时间的目的。Through the analysis and study of the present military pier-assembling techniques for rush-repairing railways, it is found that there are still some shortcomings existing in the present commonly-used assembling techniques, especially when the military piers are assembled under the existing girders, because the clearance there is limited, assembling is slow in speed, and the labor is very tiring. Owing to the above-mentioned causes,a new laterally-pushing method for rush-repairing military bridge piers is studied and suggested in the paper. Through increasing only a small amount of structural equipment, the aims of lower- ing the intensity of labor,accelerating the assembling speed,and shortening the time for restoring traffic are all realized.
