摘 要:采用无水乙醇提取法分离正十二醇与无水葡萄糖反应后混合物中的多糖,再用水提取法从无水乙醇不溶物中回收分离出的多糖,然后用苯酚-硫酸法对多糖含量进行测定。研究了苯酚-硫酸法的精密度、回收率以及无水乙醇提取时间和水提取时间对检测结果的影响,结果表明,方法回收率高,无水乙醇提取时间和水提取时间分别为4和3 h时足以保证多糖的完全分离和回收,并利用此分析方法测定了不同催化合成体系中多糖的含量,以此验证此方法的可行性。Anhydrous ethanol extraction method was applied to separate polysaccharose from lauryl glucoside synthesis product mixture. The anhydrous ethanol insoluble constituent obtained was further extracted by water to recover the polysaccharose. The content of polysaccharose was determined using phenol - sulphuric acid method. Accuracy and recovery of the phenol - sulfuric acid method as well as effect of anhydrous ethanol extraction time and water extraction time on the reliability of the determination were studied. Results showed that this method is reliable and the recovery is high. Four hours of anhydrous ethanol extraction time and three hours of water extraction time are sufficient for successful separation and recovery of anhydrous the polysaccharose. This method has been applied for determination of polysaccharose in the glucoside product synthesized with different catalyst system to verify its applicability and practicability.
