摘  要:简要阐述了两种典型三氧化硫磺化装置的工艺;较详细地介绍了热管余热锅炉回收余热的方式和余热回收工艺;对两种典型装置从余热回收改造的工艺、设备、投入和收益等方面进行了对比,针对性地提出了各自余热回收的改造方案,通过投入和效益的比较,指出了对已有磺化装置余热回收工程改造的必要性。Process technology of two kinds of typical SO3 sulfonation plant was briefed with thermotube waste heat boiler method as well as the process technology for heat recovery described in details. Comparison with respect to two kinds of typical SO3 sulfonation plant was made in view of process, equipment, investment and benefit. In consideration with the situation of the two kinds of SO3 sulfonation plant, corresponding technical retrofitting plan was provided. Based upon the comparison of investment and benefit, the necessity of technical retrofitting for the current existing SO3 sulfonation plants in China was shown obviously.
