基于生态农业发展的相对资源承载力研究——以湖南省环洞庭湖地区为例

摘　　要：资源承载力是衡量一个地区经济可持续发展对资源的依赖程度和资源相对于经济发展的承载能力的重要指标。采用相对资源承载力的研究方法,以湖南省作为参照区,计算2000～2008年环洞庭湖地区的岳阳、常德和益阳三市基于生态农业发展的相对耕地资源承载力、相对经济资源承载力、相对耕地和经济资源综合承载力及其变化过程表明:环洞庭湖地区相比湖南省的相对耕地和经济资源综合承载力都处于可承载状态,保护耕地、发展生态农业、加强农业人才的培养是实现环洞庭湖地区农业可持续发展的重要对策。Resource carrying capacity can indicate a region＇ source. This paper, making s sustainable development＇s dependence on its re- use of the research method of relative resource carrying capacity and taking the Dongting Lake area as an example, studies relative carrying capacity of cultivated land, relative carrying capacity of economics, comprehensive carrying capacity of cultivated land and economics and theirs change process from 2000 to 2008 in Yueyang Yiyang and Changde and the result shows that comprehensive carrying capacity in Dongting Lake area is in a good state. However, protecting cultivated land, developing ecological agriculture and cultivating agricultural talents are the important measures to achieve sustainable development of agriculture in the Dongting Lake Area.
