防火铝塑复合板芯层挤出成型工艺研究

摘　　要：结合防火铝塑复合板芯层挤出工艺的技术难点,对其设备的关键部分进行了介绍。将该设备用于高填充(氢氧化铝填充比为70%)聚乙烯防火铝塑板芯层板材的挤出成型,对其工艺进行了研究。结果表明,该套设备的能耗及原料成本较低,具有良好的推广前景。Based on the extruding process difficulties of the core of flame retardant aluminum / plastics plate, the key parts of equipment were introduced.The extruding and molding equipment was applied to the highly filled polyethylene flame retardant aluminum/plastics plate （aluminum hydroxide filling ratio is 70wt%）.The technology in this processing line was studied.The results show that by using the equipment, the energy consumption and the cost of raw material are lower than the traditional machines, thus has a bright prospect of expansion.
