摘 要:针对震损框架节点的修复加固以及附加阻尼器支撑连接节点的增强加固,提出一种外包钢板加固方法,并探讨了相应设计参数的确定方法,基于四个足尺寸钢筋混凝土框架节点试件进行了拟静力试验,以验证其加固效果及可靠性。试验首先通过预损加载来模拟框架节点的地震损伤,其后分别按不同外包钢板厚度和不同界面灌浆料进行节点加固,并进行再加载试验。结果表明:外包钢板厚度参数对于震损节点加固试件的屈服强度、极限强度及屈服位移等抗震性能的影响十分敏感,而外包钢板与内部节点间的填充材料选择,诸如结构胶或无收缩性水泥灌浆料等,则对节点试件的加固效果影响不大;对于连接阻尼器支撑节点,外包钢板加固方法可有效保证节点在较大阻尼器出力下仍保持良好的整体性和安全性,从而达到"强节点弱构件"的抗震设计目的。A steel-enveloped approach is proposed for seismic repair of earthquake-damaged frame joints and seismic strengthening of frame joints connected with added dampers. The determination method of design parameters is discussed. Four full-scale specimens are tested by pseudo-static method to verify the retrofitting effect and reliability of the steel-enveloped approach. The experimental program includes the pre-damage testing, the steel-enveloped retrofitting, and the retesting of post-retrofit specimens. The test result shows that the thickness of enveloped steel plates plays a more important role in increasing the yield strength, ultimate strength and yield displacement of original specimens than interface disposal measures. For the frame joints connected with damper- braces, the porposed steel- enveloped approach can be applied to ensure a good, seismic integrity and safety of the frame joint with a larger damper force, so as to realize the design goal of Strong Joint-Weak Member.
