摘  要:目的:观察王氏连朴饮加山楂、桃仁对脾胃湿热证模型大鼠红细胞氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、D-木糖含量的影响。方法:将32只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、王氏连朴饮治疗组、王氏连朴饮加山楂、桃仁治疗组各8只,采用内外因湿热证模型综合造模方法建立脾胃湿热证大鼠模型,共10 d。造模成功后开始灌胃给药:正常对照组:灌服生理盐水1.3 mL.(kg.d)-1)[2.6 mL.(只.d)-1];脾胃湿热证模型组:灌服生理盐水1.3 mL.(kg.d)-1[2.6 mL.(只.d)-1];王氏连朴饮治疗组:灌服王氏连朴饮1.3 mL.(kg.d)-1[2.6 mL.(只.d)-1];王氏连朴饮加山楂、桃仁治疗组:灌服王氏连朴饮加山楂、桃仁汤1.3 mL.(kg.d)-1[2.6 mL.(只.d)-1]。5 d后处死大鼠,采用邻苯三酚自氧化法检测红细胞SOD含量,改良八木国夫法检测MDA含量,甲苯胺改良法检测GSH-Px含量,比色法检测D-木糖含量。结果:脾胃湿热证模型大鼠红细胞SOD显著降低,MDA明显升高(P<0.01),血清GSH-Px及D-木糖显著降低(P<0.01)。经王氏连朴饮加山楂、桃仁治疗后SOD含量升高正常,MDA含量恢复正常,GSH-Px及D-木糖含量恢复正常,与正常对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:王氏连朴饮加山楂、桃仁能有效改善脾胃湿热证大鼠诸症状,使降低的SOD、GSH-Px及D-木糖升高至正常。使升高的MDA降至正常。其作用机理可能是通过调节大鼠抗氧化功能而起效。Objective: To observe the effect of Wangshi Lianpu Drink plus hawthorn and peach kernel on content of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA) and serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),D-xylose of model rats with splenogastric damp-heat syndrome.Methods: 32 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,Wangshi Lianpu Drink treatment group,Wangshi Lianpu Drink plus hawthorn and peach kernel treatment group,with 8 rats in each group.The model rats with splenogastric damp-heat syndrome were established with the integrated modeling method of internal and external causes of damp-heat syndrome for 10 d.The intragastric administration began after the modeling.The normal control group and the splenogastric damp-heat syndrome model group were given normal saline 1.3 mL·(kg·d)-1(2.6 mL/ /d);Wangshi Lianpu Drink treatment group were fed with Wangshi Lianpu Drink 1.3 mL·(kg·d)-1(2.6 mL/ /d);Wangshi Lianpu Drink plus hawthorn and peach seed treatment group were fed with Wangshi Lianpu Drink plus hawthorn and peach kernel decoction 1.3 mL·(kg·d)-1(2.6 mL/ /d).The model rats were killed 5 D later.The erythrocyte SOD content was detected with pyrogallic acid oxidation method,MDA content with modified hachikokufu method,GSH-Px content with modified toluidine method,D-xylose content with colorimetric method.Results: In the splenogastric damp-heat syndrome model rats,erythrocyte SOD content decreased significantly,MDA content increased significantly(P&lt;0.01),the content of serum GSH-Px and D-xylose decreased significantly(P&lt;0.01).After the treatment with Wangshi Lianpu Drink plus hawthorn,peach kernel,SOD content increased normally,the content of MDA,GSH-Px and D-xylose returned to normal,there was no statistical significance(P&gt;0.05) compared with the normal control group.Conclusion: Wangshi Lianpu Drink plus hawthorn,peach kernel can effectively improve the symptoms of rats with splenogastric damp-heat syndrome,ma
