摘 要:目的了解2011年郧县手足口病(HFMD)病原分布特征。方法用描述性流行病学方法对郧县2011年手足口病实验室诊断病例进行分析,用Excel及SPSS17.0进行统计分析。结果 2011年郧县共报告手足口实验室诊断病例118例,CoxA16型74例(62.71%)、EV71型30例(25.42%)、其他肠道病毒14例(11.86%)。1~12月CoxA16型构成每月均大于其他2型;CoxA16型每月均有分布,4~6月居多(56.76%);EV71型分布在4~9月,4~6月居多(90.00%);其他肠道病毒分布在4~6月(100.00%);EV71型4~6月构成比大于CoxA16型,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.551,P=0.033)。3种型别均为散居儿童为主;除4岁年龄组外,其余年龄组CoxA16型均为优势型别。结论 2011年郧县手足口病以Cox-A16型为优势流行型别,且在时间和年龄分布上表现为优势构成,EV71型4~6月分布较多,应重点加强监测。Objective To understand pathogen characteristics of hand-foot-mouth diseases(HFMD) in Yunxian in 2011.Methods Descriptive analysis was conducted on laboratory diagnosed cases of HFMD in Yunxian in 2011 with Excel and spss19.0.Results A total of 118 laboratory diagnosed cases of HFMD were reported in Yunxian in 2011.Cases of CoxA16,EV71 and other types enteroviruses were 74(62.71%),30(25.42%),14(11.86%)respectively.The proportion of Type CoxA16 was higher than the other two types each month.Type CoxA16 distributed all around year and mainly on April to June(56.76%);type EV71 distributed with a range from April to September and mainly on April to June(90.00%);other types enteroviruses distributed from April to June(100.00%).The proportion of Type EV71 from April to June was higher than type CoxA16(χ2 =4.551,P=0.033).Most cases were consisted of sporadical children with type CoxA16 as predominant type,except 4-age group.Conclusion CoxA16 was the predominant type of HFMD in Yunxian in 2011,with respect to time and age;EV71 was distributed relatively more from April to June,calling for intensified monitoring.
