摘　　要：目的了解南充市高坪区艾滋病流行病学特征,为制定控制策略提供依据。方法对南充市高坪区1999-2010年HIV/AIDS疫情报告、综合监测、自愿咨询、流行病学调查资料收集统计,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析研究。结果 1999-2010年高坪区共报告HIV/AIDS 74例,感染率为12.76/10万。男女之比为2.21∶1;传播途径以性接触传播为主,占总例数的58.11%;年龄分布以20～39岁最高,占总例数的71.62%;职业分布以无业人员居多,占40.54%;发现途径以咨询检测为主,占总数的29.73%,其次为专题调查检测,占20.27%。2005-2010年共报70例,占总数的94.59%,年均感染率为1.10/10万,呈快速增长高峰。结论南充市高坪区艾滋病感染者2005-2010年为快速增长期,以性接触传播为主要方式,应针对高危人群和高危行为,采取综合监测干预措施,控制艾滋病的流行。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of AIDS in Gaoping district,so as to provide basis for formulating control strategy.Methods HIV/AIDS epidemic situation report,integrated monitoring,voluntary consultation,epidemiological data collection statistics of Gaoping district from 1999 to 2010 were collected and were analyzed with descriptive epidemiological methods.Results From 1999-2010,74 cases of HIV/AIDS were reported at Gaoping district,with the infection rate of 12.76/105.The ratio of men and women with HIV/AIDS was 2.21∶1;Sexual contact,standing for 58.11% of the total,was the major channel of transmission.Among all age groups,people ranging from 20 to 39 was the most highly infected which stand for 71.62%;40.54% of the patients were unemployed,making them the largest group among vocational distribution chart.29.73% of them were detected by consultation,followed by 20.27% from project survey.Seventy cases were reported from 2005 to 2010,making 94.59% of the total number in 11 years.The trend of HIV/AIDS is in rapid growth.Conclusion From 2005 to 2010,Gaoping district experienced a fast growth of HIV/AIDS patients.Sexual contact became major way for transmission.Comprehensive monitoring and intervention measures should be adopted to control the spread of AIDS.
