摘　　要：全球价值链中技术转移呈现出显著的异质性特征,随着外包模式、外包阶段和外包强度的变化,技术转移内容和强度将随之动态调整。在以我国晋江与巴西西诺斯鞋产业的案例对比中发现,在代工企业已具备制造能力,跨国买家技术转移强度逐渐减弱的情况下,当地大企业率先进行技术创新和国内外市场开拓是实现升级的关键。最后,本文就如何加快跨国公司在华技术转移、鼓励企业技术升级提出了对策建议。Technology transfer has significant heterogeneity in GVC.The content and intensity of technology transfer will dynamically adjust along with the change of outsourcing model,outsourcing intensity,and outsourcing stage.The research proves that the local large enterprises taking the lead in innovation and international market development is the key to realize the upgrading,under the intensity of technology transfer gradually weakened condition.The research bases on the case of shoe industry in Jinjiang of China and Sinos valley in Brazil.Finally,the paper puts forwards some suggestions about how to accelerate the technology transfer,and encourage enterprises technical upgrading.
