摘　　要：利用我国30个地区1995～2010年的GDP、资本、劳动力、能源和碳排放的数据,运用DEA-Malmquist全要素碳生产率模型,对我国30个地区、东中西三大区域以及全国的全要素碳生产率进行了测算并分解为技术效率指数和技术进步变化指数,最后运用面板数据模型对全要素碳生产率的影响因素进行分析,并提出了政策建议。Using data of GDP,capital,labour,energy consumes and carbon emissions of 30 provinces and applying the DEA-Malmquist index model,the paper measures the total factor carbon productivity and decomposes it into technical efficient index and technology progress index of the east,the middle,the west and the nation.Finally,it analyses the influence factors of total factor carbon productivity making use of the panel data model and puts forward the countermeasures.
