摘  要:本文以粤港澳地区跨区域会展旅游企业为研究对象,研究了会展企业和旅游企业竞合联盟的联盟伙伴选择问题。采用定量研究方法对企业间相似性和企业声誉对成为联盟伙伴的重要性、不同产权性质企业对寻求联盟伙伴渠道的差异性进行了分析。This study gives a brief research on the problem of the cooperation-competition partner selection between tourism and ME enterprise among Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. It employed the quantitative research to analysis the importance of resemblance and reputation between the enterprises and the difference to choose partner of different property right enterprises. The author used three hypothesis to probe the correlation to become alliance partner about enterprise similarity and reputation and the difference way to choose partner of different property right enterprises between tourism and ME enterprise. Hypothesis 1 is to probe the correlation to become alliance partner about enterprise similarity between tourism and ME enterprise. Hypothesis 2 is to probe the correlation to become alliance partner about reputation. Hypothesis 3 is to probe the difference to choose partner between tourism and ME enterprise which have different property right enterprises that there are national enterprise, private enterprise, town-owned enterprise, foreignowned enterprise and a joint venture. Hypothesis 3 is also to probe the different mediusms that are government departments, business associations, social relationship net, market information and fumbling by themselves to select the cooperation-competition partner. It shows from the research that the cooperation-competition partner selection between tourism and ME enterprise among inter-regional is affected by the factors of enterprise similarity, reputation of each other and cooperation history. It also shows that the standard of the cooperation-competition partner selection are complementary of resource and capability, potential of the long relationship development and compatibility of the enterprise development factors.
