贵阳市成年健康女性跟骨强度与日本标准值比较研究

摘　　要：目的了解贵阳市成年健康女性的跟骨强度情况,以及日本的标准值是否适合本人群,为骨质疏松的防治及诊断标准的制定提供参考依据。方法采用定量超声的方法,测定贵阳市20～80岁健康女性居民右侧跟骨骨强度,共测定了2344人,指标有骨强度指数(STI)、T值、Z值和相应年龄百分比。结果骨强度指数有随年龄增加逐渐下降的趋势,峰值出现在22岁年龄组;按照仪器诊断标准,骨量降低的人数比例有随年龄增加的趋势,而骨质疏松率自55岁组之后增加较快,骨质疏松总的患病率为2.43%;除48岁组外,其余各组人群骨强度指数高于仪器日本标准值的人数比例均在60%以上,各年龄组的相应年龄%均值都在100以上,提示了贵阳市女性骨强度指数有高于日本标准值的趋势。结论日本女性的骨强度标准值和诊断标准不适合本人群,确定适合本人群乃至全国的各年龄段骨强度标准值和骨质疏松的诊断标准还有待进一步调查研究。OBJECTIVE To explore the calcaneus strength of healthy females in Guiyang and whether the Japanese standard value is fit for this group or not, to provide reference basis for the prevention and control of osteoporosis and establishing diagnosis standard. METHODS Used the quantitative ultrasound, we measured right calcaneus strength index of 2 344 healthy females aged 20 to 80, the targets included bone strength index, T-score, Z-score and correspond age%. RESULTS It’s a trend that bone strength index descended gradually along with age, peak value was in 22y age group; According to the apparatus diagnosis value, it’s also a trend that the rate of bone quantity depress increased gradually along with age, and the rate of osteoporosis increased more quickly since 55y age group, the total rate of osteoporosis was 2.43%; except the 48y age group, the rate that bone strength index in each group higher than apparatus Japanese standard value was more than 60% , corresponded age percent in each group was more than 100% , all of these clewed us, it was a trend that the bone strength index of females in Guiyang were higher than Japanese standard value. CONCLUSION Bone strength standard value and osteoporosis diagnosis standard of Japanese females are not fit for our group, how to make sure bone strength standard value in each age group and osteoporosis diagnosis standard which are fit for this group even Chinese also need to be investigated more.
