粗壮女贞提取物的体外抑菌作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究粗壮女贞提取物对10种常见细菌的体外抑菌效果。方法采用纸片扩散法和96孔板微量肉汤稀释法,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、沙门菌、志贺菌、副溶血性弧菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、产气荚膜梭菌、小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌和铜绿假单胞菌进行体外抑菌实验,测定其抑菌环直径、最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果实验菌株对粗壮女贞提取物呈不同程度的敏感,MIC和MBC分别为:产气荚膜梭菌0.20mg/ml和0.20mg/ml,金黄色葡萄球菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌均为3.13mg/ml和3.13mg/ml,副溶血性弧菌6.25mg/ml和6.25mg/ml,白色念珠菌MIC为1.56mg/ml,其他细菌MIC均大于25mg/ml。结论粗壮女贞提取物对上述10种细菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用,值得进一步开发利用。OBJECTIVE To study the antimicrobial effects of L purpurascents Y.C.Yang. METHODS By using 96-well plate 2-fold dilution method and Kirby-Bauer Disc Diffusion method, the study conducted on inhibitory test on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans, Salmonella spp., Shigella spp., Vibrio parahemolyticus, Bacillus cereus, Clostridium perfringens, Yersinia enterocolitica and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The minimum inhibitory concentration （MIC）, minimum bactericidal concentration （MBC） and the diameter of inhibition zone were determined. RESULTS The test strains had very different sensitivities to the extract of L purpurascents Y.C.Yang, the MIC and MBC of 10 kinds of bacteria were obtained （0.20mg / ml and 0.20mg / ml for Clostridium perfringens; 3.13mg / ml and 3.13mg / ml for Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus and Yersinia enterocolitica; 6.25mg / ml and 6.25mg / ml for Vibrio parahemolyticus; 1.56mg / ml and no bactericidal effect for Candida albicans; the rest of them were all beyond 25 mg / ml. CONCLUSION The result shows that the extract from L purpurascents Y.C.Yang has very different bacteriostatic activities on different bacteria, which is worth to further studied.
