青年伏案工作者颈椎病的发病特点及预防措施

摘　　要：目的通过分析青年伏案工作者颈椎病的发病特点,探讨提前采取有效措施预防颈椎病的重要意义,以降低颈椎病在青年伏案工作者中的发病率。方法选取2009年9月～2010年9月来中国医科大学附属第一医院骨科门诊就诊的995例病人,对他们的病史、生活习惯进行详细的调查,完善相关体格检查和影像学检查,年龄在35岁以下的患者归为青年组,年龄在35岁以上的归为非青年组,并从颈椎病占就诊患者比例、不同工作年限颈椎病的发病率以及颈椎病患者的发病危险因素三方面进行比较。结果青年组中颈椎病占就诊患者比例为29%,非青年组为15%,P﹤0.05,差异有统计学意义。青年人从事伏案工作时间越长,颈椎病发病率越高,发病危险因素对劲椎病发病率有明显影响。结论青年人颈椎病发病率明显升高,特别是伏案工作者,应该提前采取预防措施以减低颈椎病在青年人群的发病率。OBJECTIVE To study the characteristics of cervical disease of young people with sedentary work and discuss the significance of effective measures to prevent the cervical spondylosis so as to reduce the cervical disease incidence of sedentary workers. METHODS From September of 2009 to September of 2010, 995 outpatients of First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were selected, their medical history, lifestyle, physical examination and imaging examination were investigated in detail, less than the age of 35 patients classified as youth group, over the age of 35 as non-youth group. Three aspects were compared such as the proportion of the cervical vertebra disease in patients, incidence of patients with different working years, and the risk factors of patients with cervical spondylosis. RESULTS The proportion of cervical spondylosis in young group accounted for 29%, nonyouth group 15%, P﹤0.05, with significant difference. The longer working time had, the higher incidence rate was. The risk factors also played an important role in the incidence rate. CONCLUSION The incidence of cervical spondylosis of young people increases significantly, especially for sedentary workers. Preventive measures are recommended in advance to reduce cervical spondylosis incidence in young people.
